Super Soccer Stars – PA

Part-Time | Flexible Shifts | $15/hr | Immediate Openings!

Do you love working with kids? Energetic, fun, and reliable? Join the #1 youth soccer program in the country , Super Soccer Stars , where we turn soccer class into story time with a soccer ball!

Our age-appropriate curriculum blends soccer fundamentals with imagination-based play. One week your kids might be blasting off to space while practicing dribbling, and the next they’re going on a jungle adventure while learning teamwork. It’s soccer meets story time —and it’s a blast!

✅ Job Highlights

• Assistant Coach at $15/hour
• Work with kids ages 2–6 in engaging, theme-based soccer classes
• Coordinate with the HEAD COACH on weekly lesson plans and be prepared to assist those coaches in their lessons.
• All equipment, training, and curriculum provided
• Build strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills
• Can be promoted to Head Coach after 4-6 months which bumps you to $25/hour if we think you are capable of handling those duties

🗓️ Schedule Options (Approximately 2 hours per shift)

📘 Weekday Mornings (Preschools & Daycares)

• Monday–Friday | 9:30am–1:00pm
• Approx. 2 hours per day
• Assist HEAD COACH in classes at local preschools and daycare centers

🌳 Weekday Evenings (Parks & Rec Centers)

• 3–4 days/week | 5:00pm–7:00pm
• Approx. 2 hours per evening
• Locations include town parks, gyms, rec centers, and family venues

🍻 Weekends (Fun Public Spaces)

• Saturday & Sunday | 9:30am–1:00pm
• Approx. 2 hours per day
• Teach at parks, community centers, and unique spots like local breweries

Mix and match shifts to build your ideal part-time schedule!! Depending on availability, we may hire 2 assistant coaches.

All hours combined you would be looking at 10-15 hours per week

🧠 What You Bring

• A love for working with young children (ages 2–6)
• A fun, outgoing personality and team-player mindset
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to at least 6 months
• Background in sports, education, childcare, or camps preferred (but not required!)
• Clean PA and Federal background checks required (schools are very strict about this!)
• Soccer experience is a plus — but passion, energy, and creativity are even better!

🚀 Training & Growth

• All coaches start as Assistant Coaches
• After 4-6 months of assisting, we can promote you to HEAD COACH if we think it is appropriate and if we have the shifts for it.
• We provide all equipment, training, and mentorship
