Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our client’s team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a hybrid position , requiring the ability to handle Indiana foreclosure matters while also assisting with occasional on-site administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong litigation skills and a proven track record in foreclosure law.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
  

• Manage all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested cases.
  

• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings.
  

• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates.
  

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Active member in good standing with the State of Indiana Bar.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience handling Indiana foreclosure matters.

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with clients through various channels (systems, email, phone).

• Exceptional client service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable and conscientious regarding deadlines, time management, and attendance.
