Position: Associate Attorney
Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in Nebraska)
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 + Full Benefits
Bar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Nebraska Bar
Experience: 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

Responsibilities:
Manage cases from intake through resolution
Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel
Handle matters involving debt collection, financial disputes, and tenant rights
Track progress using the firm’s Salesforce-based case management system
Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff
What You Won’t Do:
No billable hour requirements
No sales or business development
No need to chase clients or generate fees
No late nights—standard 9-to-6 schedule
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Active Nebraska Bar license and Nebraska residency
1–2 years of relevant legal experience (litigation or negotiation)
Background in consumer law, financial issues, or personal injury a plus
Organized, empathetic, and client-focused
Not managing a side practice—this is a full-time, dedicated role
