What You Will Be Doing

• Lead on-site installation and implementation of commercial AV systems.
• Manage and execute AV projects per blueprints and technical specs.
• Pull, terminate, and test AV cabling; install projectors, displays, and sound systems.
• Build and wire racks, configure Q-SYS control systems, and troubleshoot AV networks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and within standards.
• Perform site visits and maintain professional job-site organization.

Experience You Will Need

• Strong experience installing and managing commercial AV systems .
• Certifications: CTS-I , Q-SYS Level 2 is Mandatory.
• Dante Level 2 is optional
• Solid understanding of network configuration (Netgear switches/routers).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read CAD drawings, blueprints, and riser diagrams .
• Excellent customer-facing communication and leadership in the field.
