What You'll Do:
🧪 Program and troubleshoot bioinformatics analysis workflows
🔬 Analyze high-throughput omics data sets (scRNASeq, TCR-Seq, WES, ATAC-Seq, proteomics)
🧠 Perform biological signature and pathway analysis
📚 Curate gene signatures and pathways from literature and public databases
🧩 Support ongoing oncology research projects with additional bioinformatics analyses
What We're Looking For:
🎓 Advanced degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field
💊 Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (preferred)
🧬 Solid understanding of cancer biology and immunology
📊 Familiarity with general statistical analysis
💻 Strong programming skills in R, Python, or Perl
