🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on building systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical issues
- General repairs (walls, doors, floors, etc.)
- Repair/maintain plumbing systems (leaks, stoppages, sinks, valves, drains, toilets)
- Inspect equipment and plan repairs using blueprints/manuals
- Order supplies and follow OSHA safety standards
📋 Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (Vocational/Technical training or Military preferred)
- 6+ years of facilities maintenance or equivalent experience
- Skilled in plumbing, basic electrical, and mechanical systems
- Familiar with OSHA Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) procedures
- Proficient with hand/power tools
