Job Title: Site/Civil EngineerJob Description The Project Engineer will lead and coordinate the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. Essential Skills + Civil engineering + Site development + Land development + EIT or PE license + 4+ years of site/civil engineering experience + Strong knowledge of local land use regulations + Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with proposal writing + Preparation and integration of geotechnical and environmental engineering + Proficiency in Civil 3D + Stormwater management + AutoCAD Civil 3D + Grading and drainage design + Professional engineering license + Project management + Drafting and civil design + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to lead teams + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits Work Environment The role is office-based with flexibility, located in West Palm Beach or Miami, FL. It involves collaboration with internal teams and external clients. Travel is required for client meetings and site visits. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
