Total Compensation Package: $75,000 – $88,000+ (including benefits and career development opportunities)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and talented Civil Designer (EIT) with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing civil engineering firm specializing in land development projects . Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.
Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications .
Conduct site assessments and collect field data for project planning.
Perform calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure systems .
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery .
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory standards .
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Certification: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required.
Experience: 1–3 years in civil engineering (land development preferred).
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D , and related design tools.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations for land development.
