Come be a part of the revolution!   **About the Role: CNA/CMA** As a CNA/CMA, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Edgewater in West Des Moines **As a CNA/CMA, you will:** + Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications. + Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. + Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications. + Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. + Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. + Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. **Open Shifts Available:** + Full-Time 2 pm - 10 pm + Part-Time 10 pm - 6 am + PRN, various shifts **Qualifications:** + Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others + Strong communication and teamwork abilities + CNA certified Required **Community Location:** **9225 Cascade Ave West Des Moines, IA 50266** **What We Offer** We know a great career is about more than just a paycheck - it's about belonging, growth, and making a difference.  At WesleyLife, we provide:  **Compensation & Flexibility:** + The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 hour.
