Job Description



You will work closely with the P&C Business Partners and manager to deliver support and provide effective administration and coordination of day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties, using the relevant HR management systems and processes.

  • Complies with all safety requirements and observes all company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with colleagues to promote a harmonious working environment.
  • Effectively use the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure information is up to date and accurate in the system
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Prepare weekly reports on progress of Human Resource activities and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative training support
  • Be a professional, motivated, and skilled performer
  • Provides consistent guidance and adherence to Haile Gold Mine P&C policies, guidelines, procedures, programs, and philosophies. Communicates these policies, etc., as appropriate. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of human resource and/or administration experience
  • Experience in recruitment & event coordination would be highly regarded
  • Experience in candidate tracking systems and/or HRIS preferred
  • A high degree of computer literacy is required, with effective skills in MS products desired.
  • Ability to interpret and disseminate human resources information between internal and external stakeholders.
