As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will report to our Legal and Compliance Director.
Responsibilities:
Managing shareholder relationships and obligations
Overseeing company monitoring obligations, such as reporting and filings
Handling group restructures and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
Overseeing group and shareholders' tax advisory services
Managing Group Digital Assets Protection Policy and Trademarks
Assessing Tax impacts and strategies over group corporate structure and digital assets management
Updating documentation and UBO information at Malta Business Registry, as well as any other registry within the group scope, as needed
Advise on corporate restructuring, as necessary
Stay current with developments in the remote gambling industry and contribute to the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes
Administer the entities forming part of The Mill Adventure’s and oversee corporate secretarial duties, including maintaining corporate records, assisting in board meetings, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations
3-5 year’s experience as part of a legal team
iGaming experience is nice to have
Legal degree
Excellent understanding of the iGaming landscape and ecosystem is nice to have
Business focused, practical and commercial facing
Highly pragmatic and proactive
Synthetic thinker
High standards of meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take the ownership of various tasks and work on your own initiative with minimum supervision
Team player with a hands-on approach
Willing to grow in a small but highly-performing team
