Job Title: Attachments Sales Director

Location: Fremont, NH

Department: Product & Commercial

Reports To: VP Sales

Travel: 30–40% (dealer visits, supplier audits, demos, trade shows)

About RagnarTech

RagnarTech is expanding its Attachments business—TiltRotators, SplitMax, grapple shears & saws, and related forestry/excavator tooling. We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead commercial growth across North America. This role blends strategic sales leadership with product fluency and supplier alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own bookings, margin, and attach rate targets for the Attachments portfolio
  • Build and manage pipeline across direct and dealer channels
  • Lead dealer recruitment, onboarding, and enablement (training, demos, ROI tools)
  • Partner with key accounts on bids, trials, and conversions
  • Conduct competitive tear-downs and win/loss reviews

Product & Market Leadership

  • Shape multi-year roadmap with Product and Engineering
  • Influence pricing, margin targets, and launch sequencing
  • Represent customer voice in roadmap, quality, and service decisions

Supplier & Operational Alignment

  • Support supplier audits and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate on warranty RCA, cost-of-quality, and service readiness
  • Ensure compliance with CE/UKCA, OSHA, and SAE/ISO standards

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in heavy equipment, forestry, or construction attachments
  • 4+ years in sales or commercial leadership
  • Proven success in dealer/channel development and technical sales
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic circuits and controller integration
  • Experience with international suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Hands-on, field-driven mindset—comfortable in demos, job sites, and boardrooms

  • Portfolio gross margin and contribution margin
  • Dealer adoption and retention
  • Warranty cost as % of sales
  • Time-to-launch and win/loss conversion rate
