Responsibilities:

• Follow the team plan
• Support clients through property showings and tours
• Assist senior agents with listing presentations and buyer consultations
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques to build your pipeline
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and create opportunities
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
• Gain knowledge of contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements
• Participate in training sessions and coaching programs to sharpen your skills
