Full-Time Nanny

About the family:

A loving family in Wilmington, MA is seeking a caring, dependable, and flexible full-time nanny to support two daughters, ages 12 and 15-year-old with autism, and nonverbal. The position involves both childcare and household support in a warm, family-oriented home.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday:

  • Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

  • Afternoon/Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with morning routines, breakfast, getting the kids ready for school

• Be home for afternoon bus drop-off and supervise after school

• Prepare simple, healthy meals or snacks

• Drive to activities (reliable car required)

• Light household tasks

• Offer gentle supervision and engagement for the 15-year-old with autism

• Ensure a safe, calm, and consistent environment

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply

• Must have a valid driver’s license required

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience with children on the autism spectrum is highly preferred

• Dependable, calm, and flexible with changing schedules

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• Must have 3–5 professional references
