General Laborer – Distribution Center

Company Overview:

Our client, a well-established tire distribution company, and they are currently seeking 2 dependable General Laborers to join their warehouse team in Pearland . This position supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials are handled, organized, and shipped safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, staging shipments, and preparing materials for delivery.
• Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to support daily operations and meet productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Use basic hand tools and warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE, including steel toe boots .

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Must have steel toe boots .
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet Mission Staffing of Texas’ hiring criteria — no theft- or violence-related convictions accepted, ever.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• $15/hour with overtime opportunities.
