Position Details: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Title: LPN (Nurse Para)
• Location: Forest Lake, MN
• Duration: 05-Jan-2026 to 05-Jun-2026
• Onsite/Virtual: Onsite
• Position Type: Contract
• Working Hours: 32.5 to 35 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday
• Student Age Group: High school

Responsibilities: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Work with 1 high school student, mostly in a one-on-one setting.
• 80% para work and 20% nursing work.
• Assist with other students occasionally as needed.

Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Active LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Prior school experience in a 1:1 setting is highly preferred.
