• Contract Duration: 4 months
• Worksite Location: Remote or Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN)
• Compensation: $20.00 - $26.31 per hour

What you’ll do as the Materials Library Specialist:

• Ensure consistency and organization across a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system and a document that mirrors current and future development
• Maintain material documentation, monitor updates needed via Slack conversations, and update in the two systems as needed
• Monitor vendor requests for updates to the material library and make changes when the subject matter experts agree on the change
• Collaborate and communicate with subject matter experts and PLM team to ensure consistency across the materials library in the PLM system and documentation
• Assist in managing digital material libraries, templates, and related assets

What you’ll bring to the Materials Library Specialist role:

• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Awareness of material standards and taxonomies
• Strong ability to collaborate across business, product, and technology teams
• Comfortable working with digital tools, databases, and workflow systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Preferred experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, or product development
• Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software or material management systems
