PRO Pediatric Services is seeking exceptional Mental Health Technicians to provide services within a local intermediate unit’s CSBBH IBHS team.

Job Details:

• Location: Williamsport, PA
• Schedule: Full-time, M-F 7:45am-3:15pm
• Caseload: Positions available in Elementary (K-3rd) and Middle School (4th-8th), CSBBH IBHS team. Dual Diagnosed Classroom
• Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field. If degree is not in a human services field, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing treatment plans.

Job Description:

• Facilitate individualized interventions to clients as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Respond to crisis situations. Complete significant incident reports when needed.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, core meetings, CASSP meetings, etc. when requested.
• Transfer therapeutic skills to educational staff and family.
• Participate in CASSP, treatment plan meeting, etc., when directed by supervisor.
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff.
• Complete COS’s with families.
• Attend supervisions and complete clinical notes.
• Will perform other duties as directed by the Mobile Therapist, BC and/or Director of the IBHS Program

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service area is required.
• Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
• A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
• Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
