At Farmers’ Implement, LLC, we’re committed to providing innovative technology and superior service to our farming customers. We’re looking for a Precision Farming Specialist who’s passionate about helping growers succeed through technology-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a Precision Farming Specialist, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for precision agriculture technology—supporting sales, parts, and service teams while ensuring customers get the most out of their precision farming tools. Your day will include a mix of sales consultation, technical setup, product training, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support
• Assist the sales team with pricing, configuration, and recommendations for precision farming components.
• Support displays at local shows, fairs, and trade events.
• Prepare sales contracts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide expert demonstrations and product insights during the sales process.
• Parts & Customer Support
• Serve as a key contact for customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage precision farming inventory and RTK subscriptions.
• Process orders, coordinate with parts personnel, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Precision Technology Expertise
• Install, configure, and support precision systems including GPS receivers and displays.
• Deliver training and product education for both customers and internal staff.
• Develop quick-reference guides and materials for technicians and parts teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in precision farming technology sales, support, or development .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills —both written and verbal.
• High level of technical aptitude and comfort with computer systems.
• Proven customer service orientation with the ability to problem-solve and adapt.
• Self-motivated and organized, with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
