The location is easily accessible from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, the Mall of America and airport, with additional uses for the planned development to include corporate offices, retail, restaurants and entertainment. The 320-room luxury hotel features more than 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and pre-function space, including a 7,500-square-foot ballroom, a 4,410-square-foot event center and six two-story hospitality lounges for groups and meeting planners to utilize. Responsibilities Preparespublicspaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, sanitation, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen. Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the spa to support Omni'srelated sanitation protocols. Greetsguests & members, providing information anddirectionsas necessary. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. Regularly attend,participatein and support training and staff meetings. Report any maintenance problems throughout the spa to the proper authority. Must maintain client and spa business confidentiality/privacy at all times. Communicate tomanagementany and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. Instructs guests where they may change and/or dress for Spa treatments and experiences. Maintain lockerroomin sanitary and safeconditionto include shower areas, and vanities. Maintain all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitarycondition. Maintain Spa Garden spaces in a fashion that ensures neat,safe,and sanitary conditions. Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out oflockersas necessary. Participates in periodic product inventory as directed. Conductstours of the spa and related facilities. Complete otherduties asassigned by management. Qualifications Candidate mustpossessexcellent guest service skills and willbe responsible forensuringa qualityguest experience in the Spa. Team player Responsibleanddependablewithabilityto fulfill on-call scheduling needs, according to the demands of the business. Excellent guest service and attention to detail. Flexibleschedule including weekends and holidays isrequired. Must be flexible and cooperative. Mustbe able to communicate effectively. Must be available weekends. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend,reachandliftto 50lbs.and push up to 75 lbs. Frequent lifting Working Environment: Interior and exterior ofSpa Occasional exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals. Tools & Equipment: Telephone, copying machine,computer,andprinter. File cabinet/folders Lift jack dolly, hand truck, camera, first aid equipment Hand and power tools - vets/disability.
