Essential Job Functions

• Responds to orders general client inquiries invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas
• Resolves issues with orders delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the clients complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures
• Other duties as assigned
