Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage all warehouse materials, including receiving, dispatching, ordering, and scrap disposal.
2. Oversee employee management, including training and performance evaluations.
3. Coordinate with production, material distribution, shipping, and spare parts management to optimize warehouse processes.
4. Assist with government audits and inspections as required.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

岗位职责：

1、仓库所有物料管理，包括收货、发货、订货，报废等各环节的管理；

2、员工管理，包括员工培训、员工绩效考核等工作；

3、配合生产、发料、发货、配件管理等需求，完善仓库各个流程；

4、根据需求配合政府部门相关稽核工作；

5、公司需要的其他工作事项
