PatRick Environmental is hiring wildland firefighters to join our crews battling wildfires across the U.S. This is a physically demanding, high-reward job for those ready to make a difference.
✅ Be prepared to:
Travel nationwide for 14–30 days at a time
Work 10–16 hour shifts
Earn 20–50+ hours of overtime per week
Make great money while doing meaningful work
What We Do
We provide top-tier firefighting crews across the country, helping protect homes, wildlife, and natural resources. With deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, PatRick Environmental was the first private company to supply firefighting crews to state and federal agencies—serving since 1971.

What We’re Looking For:
Physically fit individuals ready for intense, outdoor work
Able to hike long distances, lift, dig, and work in hot, smoky, and dusty conditions
18+ years old to be dispatched on fires (can train younger)
Able to travel out of state and respond to dispatch calls quickly
Must live within 1–2 hours of one of our bases (see below)
